Mild chow chow

Chow Chow is our classic Appalachian relish, packed with crisp cabbage, green tomatoes, onions, peppers, and just the right sweet-tangy mustard kick. We hand-chop every batch right here on the farm using my grandma’s old recipe. Pile it on hot dogs, burgers, pulled pork, or spoon it next to beans and cornbread.
